Protase is a Senior Partner at IMMMA Advocates and heads the Infrastructure, Energy Oil and Gas Department in the firm.   • Advised an International Contractor on the bid to develop a $ 3.5 billion Power generation project.
  • Developed a Model PSA and Oil and Gas Law for Somalia under ADB Financing.
  • Development a new Enery Policy and Bill for the Government of Zanzibar.
  • Advising a major regional bank on a merger with another regional bank operating in East Africa
