Peter is a corporate partner with more than 40 years of experience in the M&A and capital markets area. He advises domestic and international clients including sponsor. He is also Head of the Infrastructure Group.

• Advised JP Morgan in the acquisition of Värmevärden one of the largest district heating operators in Sweden.
• Advised the Swedish Government in the sale of Apoteksgruppen, one on the largest Pharmacy Groups in Sweden
• Advised the Swedish Government regarding inter alia the capitalisation of PostNord the incumbent Postal Service provider and negotiation with he Danish State
