Peter was involved in a large spectrum of deals, both Dutch and international, including some unprecedented transactions in terms of value and complexity, including as a lead counsel for Vattenfall in the Nuon Energy take-over, for RBS in the acquisition, break up and subsequent nationalisation of ABNAmro, for Chengdu Tianqi in its successful unsolicited bid for Talison Lithium and for Legend Holdings in the acquisition of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.
