Passawan Navanithikul is now a founding partner at SRPP.  She specializes in banking and finance and has worked on high profile, innovative deals and is recognized as a standout performer in her field. She advises blue-chip corporations, local and international banks.   • Advised Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited on a THB 25 billion credit facility granted to Charoen Pokphand Holding Co., Ltd, to finance the investment of the Borrower in C.P. Retail Holding Co., Ltd. In the form of equity injection for the purpose of its subsidiary acquiring the Tesco Stores in Thailand and Malaysia. The whole transaction worth approximately THB 336,400,000,000 and it is by far the biggest M&A transaction in Thailand.
  • Advised Thai Beverage in the USD 5 billion financing for the acquisition of a stake in Saigon Alcohol Beer and Beverage Corporation by Vietnam Beverage, the largest acquisition financing deal in Thailand and Vietnam in 2017
  • Advised BSR Joint Venture in the USD 1.9 billion financing in relation to the public-private partnership with the Mass Rapid Transit Authority for new monorail systems (pink and yellow lines) in Thailand
  • Advised GPSC Treasury Center Company Limited, a subsidiary of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited in its THB 9,500,000,000 financing granted by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited.
  • Advised Berli Jucker in the financing for the €3.2 billion acquisition and THB 88 billion tender offer facilities in the largest acquisition financing deal in Thailand in 2016, as well as the THB 88 billion refinancing for a majority stake in Big C Supercenter
  • Advise Kasemsubsiri Company Limited, a subsidiary of TCC Assets Thailand, on the THB 3.9 billion financing from the syndication banks (Bangkok Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, KASIKORNBANK, Krung Thai Bank and Siam Commercial) for funding the development, construction and operation of the PARQ project, a mixed-use real estate project.
