• Advised lenders on the establishment of a capital market structured Water Pool facility to finance water infrastructure projects in Kenya.
• Drafting several facility agreements for a leading manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods in East Africa valued at USD 50 million for development of its infrastructure and working capital. There were several lenders including a Bretton woods institution. 
• Advising an international humanitarian organisation in the acquisition of property in Nairobi worth USD 25 million as well as drafting all transactional documents with external consultants and seeking government approvals.
