  • Advised Deutsche Bank on the securitization of a EUR 2,2 billion non performing receivables portfolio of the Public Power Corporation.
  • Advised QQuant on the securitization of a EUR 1 billion NPL portfolio of the Pancreta Bank.
  • Advising the Hellenic Republic of the restructuring of the Hellenic Post including on all related state matters.
  • Advising the National Bank of Greece on its EUR 58 million hedging arrangements and security assignment of claims of the borrower under ISDA Master Agreements related to bond loan facilities issued by companies active in the RES sector in Greece
