Noeleen Ruddy

Noeleen Ruddy is based in Walkers' Ireland Office where she is a partner specialising in finance and capital markets. Noeleen advises international financial institutions, investment banks, arrangers, managers, private equity, hedge funds, agents and trustees in relation to a wide range of structured finance transactions including securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), debt offerings, CLOs (whether cash, synthetic or hybrid), fund financing, ILS products and Commercial Paper Programmes.

Noeleen also advises on combined QIAIF/SPV transactions, distressed, stressed, performing and non-performing debt deals and other bespoke structured product transactions.
