Natthida Pranutnorapal has extensive experience in business reorganization, insolvency, debt restructuring and related transactions. She represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of industries, for example, real estate, steel, energy, food and beverage, hotels, agriculture, and import-export, in business rehabilitation proceedings, as well as out-of-court turnaround and litigation.

Natthida obtained an LL.B. from Thammasat University and an LL.M. degree (Merit) (International Business Law) from the University of Essex, UK. She is a Thai Barrister-at-Law and a Notarial Services Attorney.
