Mohamed is one of the very few lawyers who worked in 4 jurisdictions of the Middle East with teams from across the globe. He also had the opportunity to service clients from all over the world during his career. He has led the growth and establishment of two major offices and two practices during his lifetime. On top of such a rich career in private practice, his wealth of knowledge and leadership skills led him to be selected as the CEO of GAFI in a very challenging tome where he managed to lead the promulgation of a new investment regime in Egypt to comply with its macro reform plan. Mohamed was awarded several awards throughout his career including managing two winning IFLR awards.

Mohamed Khodeir is the Founder and Managing Partner of Khodeir & Partners. Mohamed is a renowned legal figure in the MEA, holding an unparalleled track record of over 22 years advising investors doing business in 4 jurisdictions, with a deal sheet exceeding 50 billion US$. He was an Equity Partner in Al Tamimi in the Middle East and managed two major law offices of that firm in the region.
Mohamed was the former CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (“GAFI”) in Egypt, during a time of major reforms that included issuing the new Investment Law which is one of the projects he led while serving in public office.

Mohamed has demonstrated sound leadership skills throughout his career. Before founding Khodeir & Partners, he was a partner in one of the largest firms in the Middle East and managed two major law offices of that firm in the region and has also overseen an expansion in the region including founding its operations in Egypt. Mohamed has been consecutively recognized by legal rating agencies as one of the leading lawyers in the region.

Mohamed founded KP in late 2019 and managed to grow the firm to be a well-organized firm in less than two years in light of all global turmoils. KP has been involved in transactions and disputes since its establishment and is today recognized by most ranking agencies (IFLR, Chambers, Legal 500, and others) with a sound client base.
