  • Acted as local legal counsel to IBM on obtaining the first ever WAN license in Egypt.
  • Advising General Electric on the construction of solar power plants in BenBan, Aswan;
  • Advising a confidential client on its participation in El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant in Egypt;
  • Advised a confidential client on the implementation of the New Administrative Capital’s IT infrastructure;
  • Advising PROPARCO on providing tier 2 loans to the banks registered with the Central Bank of Egypt.
