Miran advises international clients in cross-border cases in the areas of maritime law, commercial law (international trade), energy (oil and gas), transport and insurance law. He represents clients in litigation, arbitration and other procedures.

  • Advised a Norwegian company interested in bidding for FSRU procurement for the LNG terminal on the Croatian island of Krk
  • Lead legal counsel of Bellabeat, the most successful Croatian start-up, in fundraising rounds and equity transactions
  • Assisted Credit Suisse in sale and transfer of two loans with the total value of 370 million euro
