(PRISA); ECIJA advised PRISA on two issuances of subordinated bonds mandatorily convertible into newly issued ordinary shares, carried out through public subscription offers (OPS) in Spain, which required the processing of prospectuses before the CNMV. Both issuances were fully subscribed for their maximum amount, with oversubscription, and the convertible bonds were admitted to trading on the Spanish regulated market AIAF Mercado de Renta Fija; EUR 230 millones
  • FCC / Inmocemento (partial financial spin-off) ECIJA advised FCC on the partial financial spin-off of its real estate and cement business in favor of Inmocemento, a transaction that involved a capital increase in the latter for EUR 1.596 billion; EUR 1.596 billion
  • Inmocemento, S.A. (FCC) (IPO) ECIJA advised Inmocemento on its initial public offering, with the admission to trading of all its shares on the Spanish Stock Exchanges, reaching a valuation of EUR 1.933 billion
