Michal Lavi

Michal specializes in various types of investment funds, including, venture capital funds, private equity funds, growth funds, hedge funds, real-estate funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds and funds of funds, advising them in their structuring and forming and on their ongoing operations. Michal represents the largest institutional investors in Israel and private investors, including high net worth individuals in their investments in investments funds.

• Advised Northwind Group in the formation of Northwind Debt Fund I, aiming to raise up to US$ 220 million for purpose of investing in origination and/or acquisition of first and second position debt instruments, secured by real estate assets located predominately in the NYC Metro Area.
• Advised Credito Ltd. in the formation of a debt fund, of approximately NIS 1 billion raised from Israeli institutional investors, intended to issue mezzanine loans to real estate purchase groups.
• Advised Poalim Capital Markets with respect to its investment in Blackstone Strategic Capital Holdings II.
