Maurice Berkman

Maurice´s professional practice is focused in banking and financial law issues, particularly corporate finance, capital markets, financings and securitization issues.

Prior to his incorporation to Galicia Abogados in 2003, he worked at Clifford Chance in New York.

Maurice is member of the Board of Directors of Pontegadea in Mexico and Axa Seguros.

He graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and holds a master of law from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, and a certificate of business administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago.
