With 48 years of experience in the agroindustry, banking and financial services, real estate, energy, government and public companies, infrastructure, insurance, transportation and tourism sectors. She has extensive experience in banking, corporate law, foreign investment, regulated sector, insurance, and reinsurance.

• Legal advice was provided in the elaboration of Credit Contracts and Constitution of Secured Transactions. The purpose of this transaction was the acquisition of equipment, refinancing and obtaining working capital for the operations of the company.
• Advised to Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft - DEG during the negotiation, strategy, structuring and closing stages of the transaction, for which the history of the loans and all the documentation directly and indirectly related to them that had an amount of US$25 million dollars.
• Advised to BANPRO, BANCO PROMERICA COSTA RICA, ST. GEORGES BANK & COMPANY INC. and BAC in syndicated loans consisting of credit and line of credit granted to the wind generators CASUR and EGERSA, guaranteed with real guarantees (mortgages and movable guarantees with and without delivery of possession) and other types of guarantees, the different strategies proposed were discussed and the various documents related to the operation with a value of US$ 97,301,840.81
