Markus Fellner

Markus Fellner is partner who specialises in banking and finance, corporate / M&A, insolvency law and restructuring, and associated dispute resolution. He was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 1998 and lectures at various institutions, having been awarded a Dr iur from the University of Vienna and a Mag reg soc oec from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

• Advised the shareholders of Semper Constantia on the takeover by Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG;
