Mahmut Duvarci

Mahmut Duvarci advises Danish and international industrials and private equity firms and financial sponsors on all aspects of M&A transactions, including structuring of transactions, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, due diligence and W&I insurance. Additionally, he advises clients on post-M&A disputes, drawing on his experience as Head of Transactional Risk at Marsh Denmark in his advising.

Mahmut holds an MBA from INSEAD and has worked as management consultant and transactional risk advisor. He integrates legal analysis with business insights from his prior experience to advise clients.
