Lorenz Pracht

Lorenz Pracht joined our firm more than 10 years ago. He was appointed as partner in 2019. He has become a key member in our firm’s M&A practice and has profound experience in complex cross-border M&A transactions, reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures. Lorenz has advised numerous large corporate clients in complex M&A projects. Furthermore, he spent two years at one of Austria’s largest listed industrial companies, which contributed to making him a specialist in energy law matters.

• Advised OMV AG in the approx. USD 4.7 billion purchase price for the acquisition of 39% stake in Borealis AG from Mubadala Group.
• Advised OMV AG on the EUR 485 million sale of 285 filling stations to British EG Group.
• Advised OMV AG on the sale of its 51% stake in GAS CONNECT AUSTRIA GmbH to Verbund AG.
