Lilian has more than 30 years of experience with some of the largest national and international companies in the region, assisting them in mergers, acquisitions, privatizations, financings, corporate governance and tax planning.

She provides advice to international financial institutions on the structuring of credits and their guarantees, as well as multinational companies.

In addition, she advises companies on their corporate structures, corporate governance, as well as regulatory and restructuring issues, accompanying them in their expansion processes inside and outside the country. He has advised Directors in different areas, including corporate, financial and tax areas.

Lilian has participated in work teams with lawyers of various nationalities and cultures, to structure large and complex projects. He has also coordinated the acquisition and expansion of projects in Central America and Mexico.

In addition, she is a fellow of the Aspen Institute and President of the Lidera Foundation that promotes Ethics.​
