Mr. Leo (Liang) Zhou is an expert in capital market RMB internationalization and cross-border finance and technology and telecom. He is now the head of Banking and Finance group and the deputy director of Belt and Road Construction and Research Centre in Dentons China Region.

  • Advising China Construction Bank (Asia) in connection with its issuance of ESG Bonds 2021, consisting of US $600 million and US $550 million Senior Sustainability-Linked Notes (issued by the Hong Kong Branch), €800 million Zero Coupon Senior Green Bonds (issued by the Luxembourg Branch) and CNY 2,000,000,000 2.85 per cent. Notes (issued by the Singapore Branch).
