Kristina Einarsson

Kristina Einarsson helps companies and organisations in conjunction with transactions and financing.

Kristina specializes in corporate law and all forms of finance law, and works primarily with assisting companies and organisations with raising capital, investments and corporate law issues. Over the years, she has helped many companies and owners in conjunction with major restructuring and changes in ownership. Her work also includes review of funds on behalf of potential investors. Kristina is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.
