Ken is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He has vast knowledge and understanding of the oil & gas and power industries and considerable experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Ken routinely advises governments, oil majors, independent contractors and all other participants in the oil & gas and power industries.

• Renaissance Africa Energy Holding Limited and its Shareholders acquisition of the entire shareholding in The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited - the largest and most complex acquisition transaction in the Nigerian oil and gas industry to date.
  
  
• NNPC Limited & NNPC Pipelines and Storage Company Limited rehabilitation and refurbishment of pipeline infrastructure, distribution and storage facilities, jetties and other infrastructure owned by NNPC Limited and NNPC Pipeline and Storage Company Limited, for concessioning.
  
  
• Eyrie Energy Limited offtake arrangements and funding participation under a US$1,040,000,000 pre-export financing arranged by African Export-Import Bank and made available by a syndicate of lenders to NNPC Limited.
  
  
• NNPC/Chevron JV domestication of the Escravos Gas-To-Liquids Diesel produced from the Escravos Gas-To-Liquids plant.
  
  
• Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration & Production Corporation divestment of equity interest in the Stubb Creek Marginal Field to Savannah Energy SC Limited.
  
  
• ENI International BV /Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited spin-off, carve-out of five percent (5%) participating interests in 18 onshore OMLs and 3 offshore oil blocks and related interests and assets, and transfer of same to Agip Energy and Natural Resources Limited.
