Joseph Eimunjeze is a partner in the banking and finance, capital markets, tax and corporate advisory teams. He was a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria Pioneer Status Incentive Review Committee and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and is currently a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission ISDA Workgroup.

  • Advising Union Bank of Nigeria Plc (the “Company”) in relation to the proposed credit facility of up to $200,000,000 from Overseas Private Investment Corporation (“OPIC”).
  • Advised Chocolate City Limited in connection with a US$1,832,500.00 convertible term loan to Chocolate City Limited, as the borrower, by the WEA International Inc. an entity in the Warner Music Group.
  • Advised Lafarge Africa PLC (the “Company”) on the =N=90,000,000,000 (ninety Billion Naira) rights issue to its existing shareholders.  
  • Advised FSDH Asset Management Limited on the establishment of a =N=1.5 billion money market open-ended Fund
  • Advised the Bank on the establishment of its =N=100 billion bond programme and the subsequent issuance of bonds valued at =N=13.4 billion under 2 series of bonds.
