Jide Ogundana

Jide Ogundana is a Partner and heads the Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure team, as well as the Real Estate and Employment teams in the firm. He has a strong competence in Public Private Partnership and the development of infrastructure. He has advised extensively on the Nigerian Electricity Power Sector in the last ten years. He advises on complex real estate transactions.

• Advised on the grant of a loan of USD3,500,000.00 advanced by the Kenyan Company for Habitat and Housing in Africa (Shelter-Afrique) in one of its estates;

• Advising on the establishment and structuring of a midstream & downstream LPG project company in Nigeria;

• Advised on the N875,000,000.00 (Eight Hundred and Seventy Five Million Naira) corporate restructuring of a foremost arts and culture company in Nigeria.
