  • Advising Gastrans (joint venture Company of Gazprom, Russian Federation and JP Srbijagas, Srbija) on complex corporate and commercial matters related to the implementation of Turkish Stream project in the Republic of Serbia. The project involves construction of 400 km of natural gas pipeline on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, connecting neighboring transmission system operators in Hungary and the Republic of Bulgaria. This is considered the largest energy project in the Republic of Serbia ever.
  • Appointed to act as the compliance officer of Gastrans. The appointment of the compliance officer represents the very first appointment of the compliance officer by the natural gas transmission system operator in the Republic of Serbia.
  • Advising on EUR 300 million joint venture between the Government of Republika Srpska and China Shandong International Economic & Technical Cooperation Group with regard to first highway concession project in the Republic of Srpska.
  • Advising potential buyer on acquisition of a majority stake in United Group, the largest alternative pay-TV company in former Yugoslavia from the US-based equity firm, KKR.
