Janet Levy Pahima

Born in New York; started as an associate in Shearman & Sterling in New York and its Tokyo office in the 1980’s to Herzog, Fox & Neeman in 1991, becoming a partner in 1995, today heading the international corporate transactions team and the impact investment practice area. Included in IFLR Women Leaders 2018 and 2019.

• Advised ST Engineering Ventures in its acquisition of Telematics, investments in Saferide and Radiflow and launch of its Israeli rep office demonstrating the interest in Israel by one of the largest conglomerates of the world.
• Advised Microsoft Corporation in each of its acquisitions in Israel since 1997.
• Advised FedEx in its acquisition of Flying Cargo’s international express business, a complex carve out of its existing operations.
