Jan-Joost van Rijsbergen

Jan-Joost is a finance lawyer since 2000, spent 17 years at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and London, over 3 years at Simmons & Simmons in Amsterdam and on secondment at an international bank.

Jan-Joost is familiar with almost every form of finance transaction, including acquisition finance, corporate lending and project finance, and has a specific focus on international real estate finance.

• Advising Arcus Infrastructure Partners / E-Fiber on the financing by ABN Amro and Rabobank of the expansion and roll-out of its Fibre to the Home (FTTH) network
• Advising Credit Linked Beheer on the financing by Berlin Hyp of a portfolio of residential properties in The Netherlands of Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds
• Advising German pfandbriefbank Helaba on the financing of the acquisition of the T-Mobile Office Park in Warsaw, Poland
• Advising Victus Participations and Perfect Plant Deal on the financing by Rabobank of the expansion of their platform of e-fulfilment solutions for the online sale and distribution of plants and trees
