Jan has worked intensively with the wind turbine industry for more than 12 years, including agreements on the supply and servicing of wind turbines, the development or acquisition of wind turbines or wind turbine projects at different stages, and regulatory matters and disputes relating to the wind turbine industry.
Jan has assisted clients in Danish and international negotiations for the sale, purchase and establishment of onshore and offshore wind turbines with a total capacity of more than 10,000 MW. He has negotiated and drafted contracts for the purchase of some of the world's largest offshore wind turbines, including both framework agreements and project specific FIDIC-based procurement contracts for wind farms such as Anholt, Walney, London Array, Borkum Riffgrund, Gode Wind and others.
In addition, Jan advises technology companies and IT buyers on the drafting and negotiation of technology supply and service agreements, as well as agreements on software rights, R&D and similar issues. He also assists clients in transactions for the sale or purchase of technology companies.
