Ibrahim also participates in mergers & acquisition and securitization transactions.
Advised Standard Chartered Bank (as agent on behalf of a syndicate of Lenders) in connection with a US$1.1Billion senior term loan facility advanced to Heirs Holdings Oil & Gas and TNOG Pipelines Limited for the purposes of financing the acquisition of a 45% participating interest in OML 17 (and other associated infrastructure)
Advised the United States International Development Finance Corporation in connection with the provision of a term loan facility of up to US$35,000,000 to Txtlight Power Solutions Limited to be applied towards the company’s business of selling and leasing rooftop solar kits to consumers in Nigeria.
Advised Dangote Industries Limited in connection with U$650Million term loan facility advanced by African Export-Import Bank to it in connection with the development of a 650,000bpd oil refinery in the Lekki Free Trade Zone in Nigeria.
Advised Union Bank of Nigeria in connection with a US$75,000,000 pandemic mitigation facility advanced by the African Export-Import Bank to (amongst others) finance trade and trade related transactions of UBN’s customers involved in the manufacturing and importation of urgent needs to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
