Dr Hassan Ali Radhi, the senior partner of Hassan Radhi & Associates. He is licensed to practise in the courts of Bahrain, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He practises in the courts of Bahrain in various areas, such as banking and finance, commercial, insurance, maritime and contract law. He is licensed before all degrees of courts including the Supreme Court in the sultanate of Oman, and he is also licensed as a foreign legal consultant by the Supreme Court in Texas, USA.

• Dr. Hassan Radhi has more of a supervisory and guiding role in respect of the matters that the Firm handles.
• Dr. Hassan Radhi is  directly heading the arbitration practice in our Firm handling the big arbitration cases locally and internationally with support of other arbitrators in the office.  This is in addition to him sitting as an arbitrator in cases assigned to him from time to time on an on-going basis.
• Dr. Radhi himself is actively involved in all banking and finance cases with a certain level of complexity and he directly  guides the relevant teams  and reviews the produced material before it is delivered . In addition,  Dr. Radhi is active and has the top hand on the other new and running cases. The legal team refers back to him for his guidance and instruction from time to time and whenever needed. Dr. Radhi himself also still attends hearings before  the courts and Bahrain Chmaber of Dispute Resolution (BCDR) whenever needed.
