Harald Stingl

Harald Stingl is a key corporate/M&A partner and has nearly 20 years of experience in complex cross-border corporate, M&A, restructurings, distressed entities, joint ventures and private equity. He joined CERHA HEMPEL in June 2014 and was previously a partner at Wolf Theiss. He has advised a number of large corporate clients in cross-border acquisitions, investments and divestments and has been lecturing corporate and partnership law at the University of Vienna for many years.

• Advised OMV AG in the approx. USD 4.7 billion purchase price for the acquisition of 39% stake in Borealis AG from Mubadala Group.
• Advised OMV AG on the EUR 485 million sale of 285 filling stations to British EG Group.
• Advised OMV AG on the sale of its 51% stake in GAS CONNECT AUSTRIA GmbH to Verbund AG.
