Han Hao

Mr. Hao’s practice mainly focuses on real estate development and construction, formation and investment of private equity funds, structured financing and dispute resolution, providing real estate developers with legal services regarding primary land development, land consolidation, establishment of project companies, project acquisition, foreign investment, development, construction and sale of real estate projects, property management, lease and operation of office buildings/shopping malls, bulk purchase and sale of properties, listing and structured financing of real estate development enterprises, etc. Mr. Hao has also represented domestic and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration concerning real estate disputes before courts at different levels and various arbitration tribunals.

Mr. Hao has long been the go-to legal consultant on PRC laws for COFCO Land, China Resources Land, Huayuan Properties, Longfor Group, Sino-Ocean Group, Blue-ray Real Estate, SOHO China Limited, Beijing Guohua Property Co., Ltd. (the developer of Huamao Center, Beijing), and other reputable domestic and foreign developers. He has also been providing Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, CDH Investments, IDG Capital Partners, Vantone Real Estate Fund, the real estate fund established by CITIC Trust, and other domestic and foreign funds with legal services regarding M&A in China.
