Represented one of the largest multinational banks worldwide. He has acted on its behalf in its capacity as lender for an acquisition financing and was instrumental in facilitating the purchase of a company involved in the aviation industry.  The transaction involved many subsidiary entities, located throughout the European Union and Latin America.  In this connection, Campbell advised on the structure of the loan facility, valued at $114,000,000.00, negotiated aspects of the deal, reviewed and commented on all loan documents and drafted the Bahamian law security documents.

Currently representing  one of the largest cruise line companies in the world and is in the process of negotiating contracts to facilitate the acquisition of property in key locations in The Bahamas in order for the company to expand its touristic ventures. Campbell has met with Ministers of Cabinet and submitted the requisite application to the National Economic Council of The Bahamas in relation to the proposed development and to undertake acquisition and future development of the mentioned property. The requisite investigation into title was conducted by Campbell to ensure that the clients will become possessed of a good and marketable title at closing. The value of the land alone is in excess of $30,000,000.00.

Represented one of the largest cruise line companies in the world and acted on their behalf in relation to its application to the Government of The Bahamas for the expansion of its operations on Coco Cay, Berry Islands.  This involved the negotiation and finalization of a Heads of Agreement and ancillary documents to facilitate RCCLs construction and operation activities on the Cay. The value of this transaction was approximately $150 Million.

Represented a leading energy company in relation to the restructuring of its holdings in the Caribbean region, in which a subsidiary company, was de-listed and removed from the Bahamian stock exchange.  This matter was immensely complex, requiring the merger of distinct companies, involvement of every financial regulator in the country, extensive documentation, payment of duties, and other tasks. Additionally, this matter was extremely high profile since it involved the Grand Bahama Power Company, which supplies electricity to the entire island.  The value of this transaction was approximately $150,000,000.00.

Represented the Onshore Security Agent in a loan facility granted to Baha Mar Ltd., a resort complex located in New Providence, which has been hailed as ‘the Bahamian Riviera.’ The loan facility, valued at approximately $2,450.000.000.00 assisted with the development of the unique luxury resort.
