Gil has, for over a decade, counselled the world’s leading internet gaming and fintech companies with respect to corporate and commercial issues. Together with his team, Gil has led the development of Herzog’s industry leading Blockchain Practice.

  • Advised Superbet in a strategic equity investment of £175 million by Blackstone.
  • Advised PokerStars in a deal of the sale of its shares for $5 billion to Canada's Amaya Gaming Group.
  • Advised Superbet in its €1.3 billion (approx. USD 1.46 billion) refinancing from Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners (HPS).
  • Acted for NeoGames in (i) its go-private acquisition by Aristocrat Leisure (ASX: ALL) for USD 1.2 billion; and (ii) in entering into an agreement with BIG Brazil to power the latter's entry into the country’s newly regulated iGaming market with its Caesars Brazil brand.
  • Advised Evoke (formerly 888 Holdings plc) on the issuance of new senior secured notes and assisted in the review and revision of key documents.
