Gautam Khurana is the Founder & Managing Partner of India Law Offices LLP with over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Law, Foreign Inward Investments, International M&A and Dispute Resolution. He has worked extensively across borders with clients and advisors from over 60 countries worldwide. He brings a wealth of information & experience of working in major markets such as India, over 20 countries in the EU, USA, China, Iran & other central Asian countries, ASEAN & MENA regions.

He has represented various foreign companies wishing to enter Indian markets and Indian companies willing to enter international markets. He has a deep understanding of cross border dispute resolution, including international arbitrations & litigation across continents. He has advised intensively on inheritance, family trusts, settlements & endowments in India and overseas. He has expertise in Immigration & cross border employment of personal in India and overseas in line with expansion activities of corporate clients.

• Gautam Khurana advised WKV, a German company with patented Flue Gas Cleaning technology on its Indian market entry. He oversaw the Joint Venture with a Pune-based engineering firm for government projects, managing due diligence, JV negotiations, and signing of MOU.
  
  
• He advised Symbiona, a Poland-based leader in wastewater and waste-to-biogas technologies, on its entry into the Indian market. He advised on the market strategy and assisted with forming a Joint Venture with an Indian engineering conglomerate for government projects overseeing the due diligence, negotiations and signing of MOU.
  
  
• He represented ICA, an Italian family-owned company and assisted a joint venture with an Indian adhesives manufacturer, Pidilite.
  
  
• Gautam advised Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in architectural envelopes, on its exit from the Indian market through the sale of its subsidiary to a UAE-based company. He led the business valuation, negotiations, and finalization of Share Purchase Agreement.
  
  
• He acted as legal counsel to Akme, advising on raising and structuring ECB of USD 8 million secured from a U.S. based financial institution, including due diligence, negotiations, and approvals.
