Faizal Jusob

Faizal Jusob has 21 years of experience on all corporate matters he is an expert on banks, financial institutions, funding groups and companies on incorporation of branches, negotiations with Exchange Control Authorities, Reserve Bank, Ministry of Finances, regulatory matters, telecommunication and tourism concessions on state possessions in Mozambique.

• Advising an international development agency in the increase of share capital by conversation of credit vis-à-vis in the amount of US$ 17,742,154.00, to improve the operations of the company hotel group;
• Advising group of hotels on the investment extension of US$ 8.6 million for purposes of rebuilding and renovation and capital increase of share capital by means of new capital contributions in by converting a credit vis-à-vis in the amount of US$10 million;
• Advising Australian mining company, which is exploring “the largest combined deposit of graphite and vanadium in the world” with an investment of US$110 million;
• Advising Petroleum Company on the investment extension of US$ 29 million and equity injection of US$ 24 million;
• Advising for forestry company purposes and construction of an industrial project (paper manufacturing plant) on an investment worth USD 2.4 billion.
