  • Indonesian counsel represented Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited in its successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which became effective on March 25, 2025. This listing marks the first instance on HKEX where 100% of the listed company's revenue is generated from Indonesia.
  • Appointed legal counsel assisting one of the biggest regional government owned banks in Indonesia, namely PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. (BJTM) or Bank Jatim in the proposed formation of a banking business group (KUB) with PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah NTB Syariah.
  • Assisted XTB, S.A., a Polish company engaged in digital brokerage for digital assets, in acquiring a futures broker company in Indonesia, PT. Rajawali Kapital Berjangka, as their entry way into markets in Asia.
  • Assisted Foss, A/S, a company headquartered in Denmark and engaging in high-tech analytical solutions used mainly in the agricultural and food industries, in acquiring their distributor in Indonesia, namely PT. Indo Mat.
  • Assisted the controlling entity of a publicly listed company engaged in the distribution and retail of electronic devices, in repurchasing shares from their founders, with a total value exceeding IDR 1 trillion (approximately USD 60 million).
