Eun Sang Hwang’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions. He has wide-ranging experience in representing issuers and underwriters in U.S. SEC registered and unregistered securities offerings by U.S. domestic and foreign private issuers on a standalone basis or pursuant to a shelf or medium-term note program. Eun Sang also has experience in M&A, joint ventures, finance and general corporate matters.

  • Represented BNP PARIBAS, UBS and KEXIM Bank UK in an offering of CHF 200 million 1.490% “Green Bond” notes due 2027 by Q Energy Solutions SE guaranteed by The Export-Import Bank of Korea – the first CHF Korean guaranteed offering.

  • Represented Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan, The Korea Development Bank, Mizuho and Standard Chartered Bank in an offering of US$1 billion 5.00% notes due 2027 by Kraton Corporation guaranteed by The Korea Development Bank.

  • Represented a U.S. company in its US$700 million unsecured syndicated bridge financing guaranteed by its Korean parent company.

  • Represented Big Hit Entertainment in its US$827 million initial public offering with Rule 144A / Reg. S tranches on the Korea Exchange.
