His M&A practice focuses on representing large scale corporations and international conglomerates with prominent acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Also, Eliran is very experienced in corporate finance and co-heads the firm’s Japan practice.

  • Represented Mentor Graphics Development Services (Israel) Ltd, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, in sale of its holdings in the engineering software solutions company Frontline to the Israeli technology company Orbotech Ltd. for approximately $95 million.
  • Represented Magicjack Vocaltec Ltd. in its merger with B. Riley Financial, Inc. which had purchased the first's shares for approximately $143 million.
  • Represented SteadyMed Ltd. in its acquisition by United Therapeutics Corporation for approximately $216 million.
