Dominik Hohler

Dominik Hohler is counsel in the Transaction Team. He advises national and international companies regarding their reorganisation, financing, establishment and expansion projects as well as with regard to restructuring measures and insolvency. He also focuses his practice on domestic and international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.

• Advised Toys R Us on the sale of its Swiss Subsidary to Irish-British toy retailer Smyths;
• Advised Avaloq Group on the acquisition of a 35% stake in Avaloq by Warburg Pincus;
• Advised ad hoc Committee of Holders of Senior Secured Notes issued by Roust Corporation;
• Advised Note Holders ad hoc Committee/Lenders in Pacific Exploration and Production Corp.;
• Advised Teknos Group Oy, a leading European manufacturer of industrial coatings with turnover of EUR 300 million, on the acquisition of the global wood coatings divisions of Swiss Arbonia AG.
