The diversity in Kinstellar is what sets us apart and is one of the pillars of our strength. We are committed to providing equal opportunities to everyone in recruitment, selection, training, promotion, redeployment and terms and conditions of employment. Our firm’s latest promotions perfectly illustrate our approach: all promotions to Partner are women with an exceptional track record and leadership skills.

Furthermore, six of the most senior roles firmwide are assigned to women, such as the head of the real estate and construction practice and the head of the automotive sector, both traditionally male-dominated fields.

  • Example: Advised Meridiam, a French infrastructure fund, leading a consortium that was announced as the preferred bidder for the 35-year concession of Sofia Airport valued at EUR 3.9 billion. Diana led on all aspects of the procurement procedure, due diligence and structuring of the consortium
  • Advised KBC Group on the EUR 610 million acquisition of United Bulgarian Bank and Interlease leasing company in Bulgaria from the National Bank of Greece. Diana led the full-scope due diligence, transactional assistance, and deal closing
