David Beveridge is the firm’s Global Managing Partner, having previously served as Managing Partner - Americas. He represents both issuers and underwriters in the full spectrum of debt, equity and hybrid security offerings and has extensive experience with cross-border private equity, acquisition financing, and debt restructuring transactions. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Beveridge practiced for more than a decade in the firm’s London office where he was regularly cited as a leading lawyer for capital markets with particular strength in high yield offerings by the prominent UK and global legal directories.
Mr. Beveridge has been named a leading practitioner for capital markets by Chambers Global, Chambers UK, Chambers USA, Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Who’s Who Legal and PLC Which Lawyer.
