• Advised FIMI Private Equity and other shareholders in a block sale of a controlling 22% stake in NYSE-listed Ormat Technologies to Japan-based Orix Corporation for US $630 million
• Advised Rivulis Irrigation Group in its acquisition of Europdrip for US $350 million, thereby forming the world’s second largest irrigation systems company outside of India.
• Advised, LSE-listed Taptica in its acquisition of AreaOne, a leading performance marketing technology company.
• Advised Corphotonics Ltd. in its US$ 17.5 million investment round by various investors.
