Daniel Daeniker is the Senior Partner of Homburger. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions, and on corporate governance. Other areas of work include capital markets law, particularly equity offerings and IPOs, and financial services regulation.

• Advised Liberty Global in the spin-off and listing of its subsidiary Sunrise Communica-tions on the SIX Swiss Exchange (CHF 4 bn.)

• Advised Credit Suisse in the takeover by UBS (transaction value CHF 3 bn., book value CHF 35 bn.)

• Advised Sentarom SA, the controlling shareholder of Firmenich, in connection with the business combination of Firmenich and DSM (EUR 42bn.)
