Conor Lynch

Conor is a senior associate and advises on all aspects of corporate banking, with a particular focus on project finance, fund financings and leverage finance. Conor acts for a number of domestic and international banks and a wide range of corporate borrowers.

• Advised Octopus Renewables on the acquisition and project financing of a largescale solar development project which, once constructed, will be the largest solar park in Ireland;
• Advised Bord na Móna on the €100 million project financing of the 75MW Cloncreen wind farm;
• Advised a number of international financial institutions in relation to various fund financing facilities made available to Irish fund structures, including ICAVs, unit trusts, common contractual funds and investment companies
• Advised Allied Irish Banks, plc in relation to various facilities made available to UPMC for the purpose of acquiring the Whitfield, Clane and Aut Even hospitals.
• Advised Proventus Capital Partners in relation to the development financing to the KWD Group in order build and operate Ireland's largest plastic waste sorting facility.
