Over the past 25 years Christina has worked on major cross border financial transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance. She has led her team on pioneer deals in the Greek market, such as the first RMBS (Byzantium) back in 2003, the first NPL securitisation (Artemis) in 2017 and the first Greek GAACs RMBS (Pillar) in 2019.

Advised Attica Bank in the securitisation of a NPE €1.3 billion portfolio and the sale of its licensed servicer to a consortium of international investors.

Advised Piraeus Bank in the first sale of a secured portfolio of €1.5 billion to Bain Capital Credit under a single tranche securitisation transaction and with the sale of a servicing license vehicle.
