Christina heads Zepos & Yannopoulos finance and capital markets group. Christina has a very broad finance practice with an emphasis on cross border transactions. Her primary focus is structured finance, including a wide range of asset classes, such as NPLs, performing banking loans and other commercial (non-banking) receivables such as utilities and auto loan receivables. Christina counts most of the domestic and international banks that operate in Greece as clients and increasingly acts for a number of major investors and non-bank lenders in relation, primarily, to loan portfolio trades, but also in relation to the financing of their other equity and debt investments in Greece.
