We strife to constantly enhance our career models to ensure equal opportunities for female lawyers. This is a vital part of the overall objective of our firm to attract excellent talent. A true diversity is an essential part to our firms success. The firm currently has more than 60 per cent female fee earners, the vast majority have already been working for our firm for many years. We offer very flexible employment conditions (part time models down to 60 per cent, flexible hours, opportunities to work from home etc.). At the level of counsel, more than 50 per cent are female fee earners. This shows our successful efforts to attract and develop a pipeline of excellent women lawyers also for senior positions. As a female partner I have been leading our Insolvency and Restructuring team (which is a key pillar of our law firm), since several years. I also serve on committees in our firm.
