Anuoluwapo Is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice area. She has previously worked at Clifford Chance LLP, London where she advised a number of private equity investors on several cross-border M & A transactions. She has also played a leading role in several high-profile real estate and financing negotiations.

Since joining the firm, Anu has established a reputation as a widely exposed, intellectually rigorous and focused advocate of her clients.

• Advised Canal+ International, a French Television company on its acquisition of IrokoTv from Rok Studio Limited, a significant deal which would further boost Nollywood’s creative content production in Nigeria. 
• Advised Gray Matters Capital an impact investor that seeks to promote education opportunities for lower income groups, on the acquisition of a majority equity stake on a Nigeria microfinance bank, a significant transaction as it birthed Nigeria’s first specialist microfinance bank primarily focused on the provision of finance for the education sector.
• Advising Ladgroup Limited on the acquisition of a majority equity stake in the Target (the largest shea butter processing and export company) by Sahel Capital, the fund manager of the Fund for Agricultural Finance in Nigeria (FAFIN).
• Advised on the acquisition by Suntory Beverages Limited Nigeria of the Lucozade and Ribena business and brand rights.
• Advised Alta Semper Capital LLP on their equity investment of USD18 Million in Health Plus Africa Holdings Limited
