Antonio’s professional practice is focused in energy, infrastructure and project finance. He has advised project developers, credit institutions, and private capital funds. In hydrocarbons industry, he has been involved in projects with PEMEX and its subsidiaries, as well as in the tender processes coordinated by the National Hydrocarbon Commission for exploration and storage, distribution, transportation and retail projects for oil and derivative products. In the infrastructure sector, he has wide-ranging experience in the financing and structuring of water projects, highways, ports and airports.
