• Advised Stanbic Bank Holdings Limited (Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited) ‘in respect of a secured dual currency facility to Kinyara Sugar Limited.
• Advised The Standard Bank of South Africa, Isle of Man Branch and Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited in respect of a facility to Eaton Towers Limited that is guaranteed by Eaton Towers Uganda Limited, the borrower’s subsidiary in Uganda.
• Advised European Investment Bank, Cordiant and Allianz EM Loans as lenders in respect of multiple facilities to Bandwidth and Cloud Services Group Holdings.
• Advised SFC Finance Limited in respect of a USD 4m secured term fixed facility to Microhaem Scientific-Rwanda Limited.
